Friday evening Whisky & Oysters | Saturday Whisky School & Chocolate & Whisky
Friday Evening Whisky & Oysters: June 20
Experience the essence of the Pacific Northwest at the Macaloney Whisky & Oysters event during ScotFestBC. Our session highlights the peated range of Macaloney whiskies, uniquely crafted with locally sourced peat to encapsulate the rugged, maritime spirit of our region. The smoky, rich peat notes of Macaloney whisky find a perfect match in the delicate, yet distinct flavours of Kusshi Oysters. Known for their smooth shells and sweet, mildly fruity taste, these oysters complement the complex profiles of our whiskies, creating a quintessential maritime tasting experience that celebrates the best of our local heritage and natural bounty. Join us to explore how the terroir of the Pacific Northwest is captured in both exceptional spirits and the exquisite Kusshi Oysters.
The oysters will be paired with a selection of Macaloney whiskies: Kildara, Kirkinriola, St. Mallie, An Aba, Siol Dugall, Peat Project
