2024 ScotFestBC opens with a bang.  Our 5th Annual Celtic Kick Off Ceilidh in the Big Tent is Friday, June 14. Come for a free evening of live Celtic music and a tasty selection of BC brews from Victoria's Twa Dogs

On the Main Stage, it's the official opening ceremonies at 6:00pm, followed by Pipes in the Park, with the World Champion SFU Pipe Band Drum Corps and the 2nd place Grade III world champion RMM Pipe Band.

Bring the whole family for a free Friday-evening concert.

On the Heritage  stage, it's Open Piobaireachd – the classical music of the pipes. Come enjoy this unique music from some of the best pipers in the world competing for the top prize – the John Paul Memorial Shield. There will be artisans and food trucks. And a guaranteed sold-out Macaloney Distillery "Whisky & Oyster" event, overlooking the whole field.  And this is just Friday evening.

Visit our Vendor Booths site to find all the information and details about applying to attend the 2024 ScotFestBC, to rent tents, tables, chairs and more and to pay for everything online. It's quick and easy. Set up on Friday by 5pm to enjoy the Friday evening crowds.

Tickets At-the-Gate
All "At-the-Gate" tickets can be purchased with CASH or CREDIT CARD.  ATM's will be available near the main gate.  Whisky School tickets are available in advance online (recommended) $45 for adults 19 years of age and older. Whisky School tickets are not sold at any entry gate but there may be a limited number available at the ScotFestBC info booth near the main entrance. Check early.You need an event entry ticket in order to access the Whisky School.


TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE
1. A booking fee is added to each individual festival ticket.
2. Purchased tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
3. No re-selling of tickets is permitted, tickets are sent close to the event.
4. All under 12's must be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs. Unaccompanied children/youths will not be permitted entry.
5. Proof of age may be requested at the point of entry and at the bars.The Challenge 25 campaign is applied so please bring ID if you are lucky enough to be mistaken for someone under 25yrs old.
6. The festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay compensation.
7. The festival will refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for unreasonable or dangerous behaviour.
8. No animals (except guide dogs or dogs part of the program) are permitted into the festival site.
9. No glass (bottles, jars etc) will be allowed into the festival site, any found on entry will be confiscated.
10. Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited.
11. Ticket holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion/recording of the festival.
12. Fireworks, smoke canisters, and other similar articles are not permitted within the festival site.
13. No illegal substances may be brought into the festival site.
14. No independent sound systems are permitted.
15. Ticket holders may be subject to being searched on entry, before and during the event.
16. Exposure to loud music may cause damage to hearing, please bring ear defenders / plugs if you require them.
17. No traders of any type to sell on site without permission of the organisers.
18. Alcohol: Only alcohol purchased on site is permitted. Age-verification wristbands must be obtained prior ordering any alcohol.
19. Final rules to be agreed in conjunction with Licensing officials, police and event organisers.
