We have six Scottish Experiences to choose from. You will get a flavour of all the events at a Scottish Highland Games.
You can choose from a range of activities including:
11:30 am Scottish Country Dancing. It's hard not to get caught up in the fun of this great form of dancing. Main Entry Stage
12:20 pm Highland Dancing. Learn a few basic steps and discover the magic of highland dancing. Main Entry Stage.
1:00 Heavy Events. Try turning a wee caber, or heaving a big stone. I bet you could do it. The Meadow.
2:00 Gaelic. Learn a new word from an ancient language. One that's still spoken - and you can too! Main Pathway near entry gate.
3:30 Scottish Country Dancing. Tighten your laces, and get ready to twirl. Main Entry Gate Stage
4:14 Piping & Drumming. Are we saving the best for the last? Well, piping and drumming is mighty impressive. Give it a try! The Meadow.
Get your "Scottish Experience Passport" at the Main Gate, then visit the booth or table at the appropriate time.
