Neil R. MacLean

Neil R. Maclean is a Vancouver lawyer with a deep interest and background in Scottish history. Originally from Nova Scotia where his ancestors immigrated from the highlands of Scotland, Neil will present his research into the British Columbia Highland Games, where and when it started and the deep connection the Games have with the St. Andrew's & Caledonian Society of Vancouver.  His research will show that the Games are actually much older than thought.  His presentation will include a substantial visual presentation of the Games history and may include a nice surprise for the audience.
