A Movable Feast !

A highland games and Scottish festival is a movable feast of music, competition, dancing and athleticism taking place all day long, often at the same time. It started in the highlands of Scotland 700-years ago. As Scots immigrated around the world, their games came with them. A Scottish highland games has been held in the Vancouver area for more than 100 years. It’s grown bigger with the years, so we need specific volunteers for the following dates:

  • Friday, June 19, 2026: Big Tent Crew, Whisky on the Main Stage (Serving It Right cert. req’d)
  • Saturday, June 20, 2026: Gate volunteers needed: 7 am-10 pm. Each volunteer shift is 4 hrs.
  • Sunday, June 21, 2026: clean-up crew to help fold tables, chairs, pack tents, remove signage, general clean-up.

In exchange for your contribution of time, we’ll give you free entry, a cool ScotFestBC tee-shirt and a light lunch. We also offer accreditation for high school, college and university students who need volunteer hours.

And a very hearty “Welcome Back” to our many returning veteran volunteers. You are the heart of the Games.
